Think about it. Why should I buy from you if there are an infinite number of alternative choices? What do you have that seduces me and makes me closer to your brand by buying from you? You need to know it.

Many clients buy when they see that you have been in business for several years. If it happens, it might be because you are good at what you do, you are persistent, it works for similar clients, or many other reasons. Clients need to think you are credible before buying. And credibility is something that takes time.

It’s definitely not price. Neither features. Simply feelings.
