Escritos de Diego Bartolomé para acompañar a la vida

Some startups seem to worry about about scaling from day -1. We did that as well. They invest countless hours thinking of how everything would be done if you had 1 billion users using continuously your system. Is it really worth the effort? For sure it is important that you create something meaningful that millions of people will use to sole a pain they are suffering now, but focusing on scaling in the short term will lead to spending unnecessary time and money before even getting traction. You should rather focus on that, increasing the number of users of your system. Increasing in fact the number of paying users. Satisfied paying users would be the optimum indicator. Imagine less. Grow everyday a little bit instead.
