Think. Set your objetives. But go to action fast. This is what differentiates big corporations from little start-ups. No hierarchies. Just products and services. Results. This is what your company needs. And the success of something is not in your head, but rather in your clients pocket. And this is not proportional to the amount of thought. Get out of your office and talk to prospects. So go and find them. Don’t waste too much time thinking about the optimal solution, but rather do something simple and to the point, and start selling as soon as possible. Clients will tell if your initial thoughts are right. Their needs will define your products.
