There’s one thing I don’t get used to in business: the no response. People tend to be frightened about saying that they won’t buy from you, or that they don’t need your products, and they avoid answering your emails or calls. If you are an entrepreneur, you tend not to make people waste time. So if you don’t need a product, you won’t be partnering with that new company, you aren’t willing to participate in that European project, or whatever, please say it sooner than later. It’s much better than avoiding decision.
